Because you can try the plugin with all functions free for 14 days before buying, we do not offer a voluntary return period beyond your statutory rights. Your statutory right of withdrawal is unaffected (see the "Withdrawal" page). For defects, statutory warranty rights apply. If you have technical problems with installation or activation, please write to support@noixim.com first. We will help quickly. Refunds are paid out via Moonbase to the original means of payment.
