Right of withdrawal (digital content)

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance contracts. Because you buy our software exclusively through Moonbase, the terms of the seller named at checkout apply in addition. WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTIONS You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. It is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL If you withdraw, you will receive all payments back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your notice, using the same means of payment you used. EARLY EXPIRY FOR DIGITAL CONTENT For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires if the seller has begun performance after you expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).
